  1. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Great Lakes Gelatin has been an important part of my healing the last two weeks. I feel that I have the supplements and diet honed in, although I'm always open to suggestions. I'm healing nicely with the Wim Hof technique, diet, supplements, infrared lights and the first volume of Flying Phoenix Chi Kung. I'm feeling pushed to dive a little deeper into FPCK... Thank you for your input.

Thank you, Cihan. I'll look into vayus. I'll be sure to extend the time on Monk Holding Pearl.
  3. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Hello, everyone. I appreciate this forum and everyone's input over the years. About 4 years ago Flying Phoenix was a part of a healing protocol I put together to get rid of anxiety, which came on after a gut issue. FP was an important part in healing my body. Well, I'm getting over another gut issue and feeling good, thanks to FP and other things. All I'm doing is the complete first volume every night before bed... The gut issue recently was so bad that I dropped 15 pounds in two weeks and my hair started shedding. My gut wasn't absorbing nutrients very well. However, I'm gaining my weight back and my hair has stopped shedding as much. There are tons of new hairs which tells me my gut has healed to the point where it's taking in nutrients well. My question for you all... If you had all the FP videos and taylored your own 30 minute routine every night, which exercises would you put together to continue to heal your gut and calm the sympathetic system(fight, fight response). Thank you in advance.

  5. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

I just got volume 2 of FP in today! I have been doing volume 1 for three weeks or so. Over the weekend is when I started to notice that the energy stays with me most of the day. I have been reading the entire thread the last three days. Since then I have been going super slow with the moves. Its feels like my palms have a mild electrical charge all throughout the day. As of two nights ago I felt like there was a pillow of energy about a inch off of my palms. Really cool/strange stuff. Also, my sex drive is stronger. I know I read that in a few post previously. I didn't expect that since I am only 31. Anyways, I love it! I will keep everyone posted.
  6. mercury tooth filling removal

You do not want just any dentist taking it out. It was one of them that put it in, right? They don't think there is anything wrong with them in the first place. I just had mine taken out 8 months ago. You need to find a dentist that thinks the same way you do about them. He is likely to do it right and keep you safe. If it is a matter of money then wait a little longer and save up to get the job done right. You don't want any more mercury in your system than there already is. Good luck!

Thank you ridingtheox and zen-bear. I noticed in my email that volume two was shipped out yesterday. I will keep everyone updated on my progress. I would like to also start experimenting with long distance/ remote healings. Zen-bear, any suggestions on what to focus on with FP in regards to this? I also need a couple of guinea pigs that will give me honest feedback. Thanks again!
  8. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

This is a great discussion everyone. Thank you all! My question is about qigong and doing hands on healing for yourself while trying to build good chi. I have been doing the flying phoenix volume one for about three weeks now. I am now waiting for my volume two to come in the mail. After I go through the video I then go to bed and then put my hands over each chakra and then sleep. This lasts 10-15 min. My question came about when I stopped doing my hands on healing at night for a few days. I started to notice that my hands were full of energy throughout the day and my chi just felt stronger. Is this because I am doing flying phoenix alone? Is it because I stopped sending out my chi after my practice? Is it a combo of both? I am new to qigong and would like everyones input. Thanks again!
  9. Who to train with?

Wow, nevermind that last question. I did some reading around on the forum and see that kunlun is a touchy topic here.
  10. Who to train with?

What does anyone know about Kunlun?
  11. Who to train with?

Thank you for your input, Prince. The videos are great! I would like to know more about this guy. Is he here in the U.S.? Thank you, Snowmonki.
  12. Who to train with?

Thank you, chi2012. Hmm, I can't find much on Bapak Muhammad.
  13. Who to train with?

Thank you all again. This has been a big help! I have decided to go train with Mr. Lomax sometimes this summer. Also, thank you Mr. Lomax for your time on the phone and posting here. I will be checking your site for a workshop I can attend.
  14. Who to train with?

Hey, guys. I chatted with Mr. Lomax on the phone a couple of days ago. He seems like a good guy. I like what he had to say , his videos, and what you guys had mentioned about him. I think I will be training with him this summer. This is going to be a great step in my qigong/energy work practice I hope! Thanks again everyone for your help!
  15. Who to train with?

Mr. Lomax seems to be popular here. I will look into his workshops since I am looking more for the healing route. I looked at his video's. Is he shocking these people with his chi or poking them? I can't figure it out. Tiger, would you post your experience with the workshop when you get back? Thank you all for the postings!
