I am interested in the Internal Arts, I practice Internal Iron Body, Grounding, rooting, and sinking. I also practice Gary J Clyman's Tidal Wave Tai Chi, Nei Kung Bible, and Big wave Nei Kung, I have been practicing for a bout a year. I am trying to develop Internal power throughs these Systems.
