  1. My enlightenment experience.

Hey Flolfolil, Hearing your account, I have trouble to decide whether or not your experience is desirable. Do you prefer your life right now? The elements I find negative is the realization of the "Illusion", this is so depressing. And also the "magical abilities / false memories", how far is this from a mental disability? Do you recommend this path?
  2. Vegetarianism and the Spiritual Path

hey Julian. I really appreciate your approach: let's talk cultivation only, no philosophy, only pragmatism, for a complex matter: Freshly cooked meat or fish contains what we can qualify as a crude YANG CHI: Yang because turbulent and will easily pervades the whole body and will allow a functionnal body even if its energy body is impaired. This kind of "pre-made" Yang Chi doesn't exist in the vegetal realm: we only have JING (denser energy, especially in black beans and all) which you can sublimate into a more refined yang chi via a running MCO and healthy body. This generated Yang chi will be way smoother than the one of the animals you eat and will allow generally a better spiritual practice with less "energy overload" . A little test: If you can produce heat after a vegetarian meal then I think you are not haming yourself. But if you are always cold, cold hands no libido and all: You need to reconsider your path and maybe not introducing vegetarian diet yet.
  3. Kundalini headache and fatigue

The only way for kundalini to be healthy and uselful in the long run is to cultivate silence via meditation as anapanasati. When the energy from the Depths meets Silence they merge into bliss and cosmic consciousness is realized. But yes, when this energy you feel is too turbulent meditation is barely possible and you will just fry your brain or overload, so you need to fix that.
  4. Kundalini headache and fatigue

Banana lassis and wanking. Seriously you need a yin sattvic diet and avoid building chi if you need to pacify. You can't sleep because the chi pervading your body is turbulent, avoid chillis and pungent taste at all cost
  5. food a limitation on spiritual progress

Food is needed in cultivation because spiritual progression is energy from the depths meeting silence (shiva and shakti). When you deny the body and matter you deny half of the equation and you end up with a broken system which does not work.
  6. Too much jing is an issue

This post solved my issue. Quick fire by fast breathing as in "breath of fire" helped, and there is a different effect than attention on the LDT, I thought it was enough.
  7. Too much jing is an issue

Yea thank you innersoundqigong So my understanding is that I have too much water for not enough fire, I flooded my LDT which cannot produce "steam" anymore. No matter how much fire I try to put it is not working. But as soon as I stop retention the steam is produced again, i feel it.
  8. Too much jing is an issue

It is sprouted. Yes thank you, this could be an explanation, I also thought about this. And this is a process happening with meat or anything jing related, not bean, at a precise moment in cultivation like 1 week or 2 week after retention, there is relation of causality that I managed to isolate via a rigourous analytical investigation for more than a year now.
  9. Too much jing is an issue

My alchemical process is doing this to an extent (ecstasy, charisma, no need to sleep long etc...). If I maintain longer retention then everything stops and the engine is broken. I think everything gets simpler when someone reach your qi gong level, until then I need moderation.
  10. Too much jing is an issue

I didn't correlate "Psychic energy", with "full" jing, it is not something you read in my post. I say I can sublimate already huge amount of qi/shen without having to retain jing a long time.
  11. Too much jing is an issue

Many thanks for you answer. I did the most extreme anti dampness, anti kapha diet to know if that perfectly appealing theory of dampness was right. (from jan to march 2015 in my notebook) It wasn't. It looks like retention brings a ever increasing dampness to the intestine and kill the fire I tried to build. I could eat a toaster it wouldn't be enough. Now I understand why semen/sexual energy is called water in alchemy. I lost a lot of time with this broken paradigm, I just want to prevent other people to lose there time. Trunk's alchemical taoism page on Jing dangers was very wise, it is sad to see Jing as a perfectly safe substance you want to greedily build up.
  12. On TTB we constantly hear about how you need retention, how you need to accumulate jing with whatever food / lifestyle/ practice. My experience so far: -I can generate unbearable amount of psychic energy (sublimated sexual energy) within just 2-3 days after ejaculation with the right lifestyle, so... the long term retention and its benefits are questionable. If you don't feel this increased psychic energy with 2-3 days then the MCO is NOT active and further retention is absolutely the WORST thing you can do do. -High jing foods as chickpeas, adzukis, black beans (or meat) can resplenish the jing lost within a few hours after ingestion. -I always end up with blocked MCO within two weeks if I do retention with those foods (then the body dosen't want to digest them anymore and you end up with diarrhea and , the body is full of this jing and can't process it anymore, and there is a progressive stase of psychic energy). You can practice anything you want (bring fire at LDT, meditation, yoga...)you can't restart the engine and fire until you stop retention. So maybe it is time TTB stop with this outdated reductionist dogma. Thank you
  13. Cooking meat & Jing

I believe tongue against the roof is what AYP call Kechari mudra stage1. The benefits of the energy body circulation becomes apparent when the body becomes ecstatic.
  14. Cooking meat & Jing

In my system (mainly indian yoga) onions and garlic are traditionally forbidden and classified as "tamasic" along with meat. My experience and some other people reported as well it does stimulate lower centers, but I don't feel any issue as anger, irritability digestive/intestinal problems with this; I believe this gunas classification may not be that precise. So some people said it is forbiden mainly because of its action on libidinal energy, I am not afraid of this as I don't have nocturnal emission, and since my approach is tantric, sexual energy is used for my spiritual transformation. There is a group called "kundalini yoga " with "yogi bhajan" who advocate for the use of "trinity roots" (onion, garlic ginger) along with a lacto vegetarian diet. For the nocturnal emission you may want to do a complete stretch routine (hatha yoga each morning before breakfast is perfect for this) because somehow, sexual energy can diffuse and ascend in a previously stretched body. To lie down (to sleep for instance) is the worst position for sublimation of sexual energy that is why I suspect you have emission at the end of your sleep cycle. -I would life to confirm the feeling you have after eating meat is true and shared, meat is definitely an easy source of this psychic energy. -What is the idea with boiling meat for 3 hours? Did you get the same buzz with such a long cooking time? My experience is that meat dead for a long time (frozen meat, dried sausage etc..) does not have the same buzz. The most heating food was lamb by far. -Can you write down and share a list of food you personally tested positive as "jing building"? (are goji berries truly potent?) Thank you
