  1. Yogani

I have been practicing this system for about two years and I can not express it in words how much I LOVE it. Yogani has done a excellent job and he is giving it away freely without any hold backs!!! Thanks Yogani!!!

  3. Kunlun and Kundalini

Nice thoughts TI... its good to know that I am not the only one venturing into the world of Kunlun and Kundalini If you see my other thread about Kunlun and Reiki Undo you will see that there is a system with a very similar practice like Kunlun. Now this is one of the old Japanese reiki techniques among many others. These other techniques definitely stimulate Kundalini, so here is an example of a system which does both.... Love Per
  4. Kunlun and Reiki Undo

...and to me feels just like Kunlun.... If my information is right then Usui added this practice to his system of healing. He got it from an old Qi Gong practice, maybe spontaneous movement qi gong. The practice is supposed to clear out and balance your system among other things. If we take into consideration that Reiki is also a downward flowing energy we can see even more similarities. And I remember Chris calling Kunlun energy universal life force energy, that is the definition of reiki too. Reiki is also a system with transmission, although you can connect to it on you own. In all of these practices (Kunlun, Reiki undo, spontaneous movement qigong...) there seem to be some essential principles: Connecting to the (universal) energy, through intent and/or posture Allowing the body do whatever it needs to do And most important letting go and surender Just some thoughts about all this.... 5. Kunlun and Reiki Undo

Reiki Undo Sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight. Breath down to your belly and empty your mind. Hold your hand in prayer position in front of your heart and invoke the Reiki energy (with or without symbols). Now tell yourself mentally Reiki Undo (Reiki exercice) start. Let go completely and allow yourself to let the energy move you in whatever way is necessary. Dont force anything to happen, just empty your mind and let go, surrender to the energy..... ooops I forgot to say, practice until the energy seems to wind down and end in stillness. Or stop whenever you want to, just tell the energy to stop, but take some time in silence before getting up, hands on belly if you feel like grounding a bit. Per
  6. A few years back I tried a reiki technique called Reiki Undo, or Reiki energy exercice. I did not give it enough time to know its proper benefits. But when I did it I really enjoed it and was surprised what can happen if we let go. First time I tried Kunlun it really reminded me of that same exercice, and as Max has said Kunlun can be found in many different traditions. Now after doing Kunlun for some time I gave this old reiki technique a shot and not to surprising it felt same like Kunlun. Here is the exercise so anyone who know reiki try it out and see what you think. Probably anyone else to, just evoke the Universal life force energy and give it a shot. It might be easier with a reiki initiation but just be open and it might work just as well without. (There are different versions of this but this works for me) Reiki Undo Sit in a comfortable position with your spine straight. See what happens... .... ..... .... Sounds pretty similar to Kunlun, don't you think! Enjoy! Per
  7. Kunlun and Kundalini

I could only attend one evening of the weekend with Lama Oscar so I did not get to ask all my questions. Anyway it was great and I really enjoyed spending time with him and the other people that was there. Also great to be able to practice Kunlun in a group without no one thinking you lost it . Really hope there will be another chance to meet Oscar before I leave for India... Peace Per
  8. Kunlun and Kundalini

Yes, it normally flows up the back and down the front Exactly my point, mantra meditation will awaken shakti sooner or later. Moreover I add kecheri (stage 2, ayp) to my Kunlun practice and that adds more ecstasy to the whole practice. And Kechari stimulates Kundalini like anything. When I got my kunlun transmission from Oscar Hsu I asked about this and he said thats fine and that Kunlun practice eventually makes you do kechari anyway.
  9. Kunlun and Kundalini

Another Kunlun post... well they are quiet few nowadays anyway... It is said that Kunlun and Kundalini practices do not mix together. Why is that? Now I know the answer from Max but I can not fully accept that answer. To me Kunlun and Kundalini (I practice both) does not seem that different from each other. Kunlun seems to be a more spontaneous practice that flows up and down in the nervous system. Where Kundalini is more of a upward flowing fire which you consciously have to balance with some form of downward flowing grounding energy (unless you want a bumpy ride). But to me they seem to be doing similar things. And as far as I can see almost all spiritual practices at some point deal with Kundalini, whether it carries that name or not. Also I have heard that Max said that it is ok to do mantra meditation. Now mantra meditation done correctly will also awaken Kundalini, so thats a mix right there. Moreover Kundalini is awake in all of us, otherwise we would be dead. It is just a question if it is a small trickle or a fire hose in full blast. Maybe it is more of a question of not putting to much energy in your system all at once. Overdoing is always a concern and the more powerful the practice is, the easier it is to hit that point. And Kunlun is a very powerful practice, no doubt. And so is Kundalini, with the right techniques. My problem is that I love both and I cant seem to give up any. Hopefully with enough grounding I can keep my practice safe and stay away from to much overdoing. I would love to hear other practitioners view on this, especially those who are or have been practicing both. Vortex, are you still practicing Kunlun, and if so how does that tie together with your KAP practice? Scott, I know you used to practice AYP, how did that go with Kunlun? Yoda, what about you, any Jedi insights on this one? Tibetan Ice, you have done both Kunlun and AYP, how was the mix? Any one who has any insight in this matter please ship in... Love Per
  10. Where is dantien located?

Thanks Tibetan Ice! I have tried your experiment with the uddiyana bandha and I know what you are talking about. But my trouble is this. I have a strong sensation both in the area of my navel and in the area about three four fingers below the navel. Now some people describe the navel as the manipura chakra and the tan tien lower then that. Others say tan tien is your navel chakra. Experientially I feel both energy spots clearly, but I am looking for some clarification in terms. Bye the way, are you still into AYP practices? I am an old AYPer myself love Per
  11. Different teachers place the Dantien at different positions. For example Chia and others says dantien is located behind the navel. Other teachers refer to it at a place about four fingers below the navel. So where is the lower dantien actually located?
  12. Hello everyone

Hello all taobums! I have been lurking around here on the forum in the background and thought that I should finally introduce myself. My name is Per and I am from Sweden and have been into this kind of stuff for about ten years now. Nice to meet you all!
