Let go of your negative emotions

Recommended Posts

It is unfortunate the discussion here has veered so erringly into judgements regarding what is perceived to be the Eastern shortcomings and Western assemblage of emotional tools.

Among the great assemblage of tools from the East is the vast array of balancing mechanisms. They encompass all of the balancing mechanisms of the West. They are also profoundly enabling to the power of the body and in its abilities to allow experience to move into and through the bodies.

We here in the west use the word healing and approach our situation from the standpoint of the broken needing fixing and redemption - we are born with original sin from the standpoint of our inherited religion - we are born victim. We are cultured to believe in bad emotion vs good - good vs Evil in a Weaternized concept of evil. If Jesus were alive he would vomit at the "teachings" and pitiful trappings that have transpired in his name.

The very deepest heart work can be found in many Eastern traditions - it is everywhere to be found - but we go after the tricks and treats and we are confronted with the real work now compounded by greatly heightened energies. Our translations from the east highlight the tricks and treats and we do not understand the poems.

Befriend the ego or the "I"s and ask them what is holding the compressions from unfolding - they have been in the drivers seat because it was their job until the you that is arrives and takes over. As you arrive the tools at your disposal from the east are as deep as depth is conceivable. We do not need to allow our "I"s to judge and fortify our illusion.

We want something of our heritage to be the best - their is no best as there is no good and evil. Here we are largely confusing "negative" emotion with repressed compressions and interactions with forces whether human or animal or from what we label as "nature". The typical "negative" emotion is a judgement and nothing more, but as often as not it is a deep DNA response of the animal we inhabit.

Going after deeply embedded compressions that we were unable to work through our space - usually from childhood or past lives is covered deeply and profoundly throughout Eastern teaching.

Actually working toward ownership of our higher self is vertical movement empowered and we then vanish from the illusion while still being able to play here.
