Recommended Posts

I found this to provide some valuable additions to my knowledge about the pineal.

Enjoy!

From my own internet research on flouride a long time ago, I found a little bit is actually good, better then none. But there was a limit, too much was bad. There was a range and drinking flouridated water didn't put you over it, but multiple factors might.

i am thinking that the naturally occurring mineral calcium fluoride aint so bad in water, if it hasnt been added by humans, but the added forms of fluoride like

63% of the population received water fluoridated with fluorosilicic acid, 28% with sodium fluorosilicate, and 9% with sodium fluoride

maybe not so good. once fluoride has been added to the water its practically impossible to control the dose.

not a single biological process has been shown to require fluoride. on the contrary there is extensive evidence that fluoride can interfere with many important biological processes.

Healthy adult kidneys excrete 50 to 60% of the fluoride ingested each day (Marier & Rose 1971). The remainder accumulates in the body, largely in calcifying tissues such as the bones and pineal gland (Luke 1997, 2001). Infants and children excrete less fluoride from their kidneys and take up to 80% of ingested fluoride into their bones (Ekstrand 1994). The fluoride concentration in bone steadily increases over a lifetime (NRC 2006).

Been 100 percent fluoride free for many years. Teeth are fine and other than that, well, can't really add anything to the discussion.

Fluoridated toothpaste for adults is pointless imo.

Btw, big name toothpastes in the US use antibacterial substances that contribute to antibiotic resistance and the emerging the super bugs.
