Chogyal Namkhai Norbu - Direct Introduction soon.

No problem. I understand (and appreciate) your thought that I am "grasping [at] some kind of answer" and that "rather than shut down the whole conversation", you are only trying to "stop the comparison" and stopping what you believe is "nominalization, and dualistic distinctions...".

Like you, I am a huge fan of "just letting go and doing it", but I find it useful when people share perspective. Hopefully, some of the readers of these threads will also come to understand that things like transmissions are "real".

Have a great weekend. Thanks for the discussion. :)

sure thing Jeff, i appreciate your attitude

It's like putting a nike symbol on your shoes.

(Shoes sold separately.)

huge lolz to that teknix quote, especially because he won't quit yammering over in the "has anyone attained paranormal abilities" thread about how nobody ever has, but meanwhile, Chogyal Namkhai Norbu's uncle and dzogchen teacher attained jalus and dissolved his physical body into light, leaving only fingernails, toenails, and hair behind upon his death. Now what that has to do with Nike shoes is beyond me, but its definitely worth one more lol

LOL

to make it clear I just found the succession of lols amusing and wanted to add to it, not laughing at anyone.

Keep in mind, you are taking refuge in Buddhadharma.

That's the whole Guru, Deva, Dakini part, along with the whole thing in general.
